Hello Mount Riga Community;
The Board met on Sunday May 29 and reports the following about the Kaye Camps:
• The Red Camp was auctioned successfully to a member of our community, Steve Whittier. Congratulations!
• No bid was received for the New Camp (607 Grassy Pond Dr.). The Board was informed there may be interest by one or more Qualified Bidders who needed a little more time. The Board agreed to RE-OPEN THE NEW CAMP AUCTION IMMEDIATELY for Qualified Bidders only. All Terms and Conditions remain the same. Bids must be received by Gary Murphy, our 3rd Party Agent by 4PM EDT Friday June 10, 2022.
• If no New Camp bids are received from Qualified Bidders by 4PM Friday June 10, the Board will notify the MRI Community by June 14. The Board further agreed to ADD as a Qualified Bidder Criteria “someone referred by an existing member of the Mount Riga community”, and RE-OPEN the New Camp auction as of June 15, 2022, with a deadline of 4PM Friday EDT July 15, 2022. All Terms and Conditions remain the same. If you wish to refer someone interested in being considered as a Qualified Bidder, please have them contact Mr. Murphy as soon as possible and no later than 4PM Thursday June 23 (phone: 518-789-4442; fax: 518-789-3968; email: [email protected]; PO Box 663, 87 Main St, Millerton, NY 12546) to request a Qualifying Bidder Sheet which they must fill out and return to him ASAP in order for him to determine if they qualify.
