Hi Everyone. I’m a long time shareholder who has had very little interaction with the corp. Uncle Gus and Aunt Alice used to let us enjoy the lake when I was younger, but as time went on we haven’t spent much time at all on the mountain. What is the benefit of being a shareholder, who doesn’t have a camp, other than land conservation and family history? Are you included in any gatherings other than the annual meeting? Are you allowed to walk corporate lands and trails? I love the land, but am considering selling my shares to a family who would get better use of it.
