On June 13, 2020 at 1:04 pm I posted a message concerning the Town Of Salisbury Revaluation.
Here’s an update for all of you who pay real estate taxes on your land and/or camps. The Revaluation is complete. The Town Assessor’s office is updating the Grand List. The Grand List sets the property value. The Town uses the property value and the mill rate to set real property taxes for the bill that comes out July 1. The Grand List will be posted on line in the next week or two. If you are interested, monitor the Town of Salisbury website, review the new Grand List property values for your property, and, if you disagree with the property value, note the protest procedure.
