Hi everyone,

Thank you to those of you who notified me that you did not receive the shareholder notice email that went out from the office last Thursday, August 7, or notice of my initial AGM deadline post on the website from last Wednesday, August 6. As my reminder notice from yesterday appears to be the first some folks heard about our upcoming AGM deadlines, we’ll plan to extend the deadlines for director nomination bios and shareholder proposals until Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at 5 PM ET. The date of record will remain August 15, 2025 at 5 PM ET.

Apologies for the glitches! We have fixed the outgoing webmail issue from the website but are still looking into what happened regarding some of the emails that went out from the office last week.
