2023 Annual General Meeting

The AGM notice, proxy and packet of supporting materials was mailed on Thursday, August 31^st . The AGM will take place in the community garden on the Mtn again this year. The date of the meeting is Sunday, October 1^st at 11:00 a.m. You may check in as early as 10:00 am.

There are a few deadlines to be aware of:

Lunch RSVP due by:  Friday, September 22^nd or email to [email protected].

Proxies are due by:  Thursday, September 27^th at 5:00 pm.

You may also email your proxies to [email protected] or [email protected]. Bridget is not in the office every day, so copying the secretary address will guarantee I see it in time for the AGM.
