Round Mt-Riga Lake Update and Tentative Notice of Possible Special Shareholder Meeting

As has been reported to shareholders over the past few years, MRI is considering a Round Mt.-Riga Land Highlands conservation easement.  Attached is the Fact Sheet included in the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (Oct 2022).  A special shareholder meeting may be held in June on Zoom for purposes of voting on the two areas in the proposed easement: Round Mt. and a portion of the north shore of Riga Lake. There will be short notice of the meeting, and short turn-around time to get your proxies in.  Why “may” and why “short notice”? The Board anticipates receiving the Highlands appraisal in mid/late May. A special shareholder meeting will not be called until the Board has received the conservation easement appraisal, reviewed it and decided to refer the conservation easement for a shareholder vote.  Assuming the Board does refer it, at least one info session will be held prior to the special shareholder meeting to present details about the easement.  Please feel free to contact me [email protected] with any questions or concerns.
